Business Analyst in NETHERLANDS

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Documentation Diagrams to join our dynamic team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis - Elicit and prioritise business requirements, translating them into user stories or functional specs.
• Documentation Diagrams - Produce clear process flows (UML), data maps, and technical documentation.
• System Integrations - Support API design, data exchange mechanisms, and integration with third-party systems.
• IATA Standards - Advocate and align solution delivery with aviation frameworks (ONE Record, ONE Order).
• Testing QA - Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage defects in Jira.
• Collaboration - Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time and quality deliverables.

Qualification & Experience

• Aviation Knowledge
• Familiarity with Day of Travel Functionalities, airline reservations and IATAs ONE Record/ONE Order/NDC frameworks.
• Technical Skills- Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSONXML
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and API Testing tools (Postman, SOAPUI, etc).
• Soft Skills Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities.
