Role Description:

The Junior Visual Content Specialist plays an active role in driving business impact by ensuring the availability of high-quality content that directly influences customer engagement and on-platform behavior. By sourcing, curating, scaling, and quality-controlling visual assets, this role ensures stakeholder needs are met to drive their product impact forward.

In our dynamic and fast-paced environment, our ideal candidate can blend traditional visual content expertise with generative AI. This requires a creative eye for visual storytelling and a foundational understanding of the newest GenAI tools to scale and to help achieve core business objectives.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensuring availability of visual media, including photos, videos, and GenAI-generated assets, that align with our brand guidelines;
  • Research, purchase, or scale relevant media using external sources and GenAI tools;
  • Assist in the critical assessment of freelance creators/vendors and their deliverables, as well as AI-generated outputs, for quality, relevance and ethical usage;
  • Help prepare and organize visual media for review and approval;
  • Curate, edit, post-process, and manage media, leveraging GenAI to help scale visual content;
  • Conduct quality control of both traditional and AI-enhanced content;
  • Perform image retouching as necessary;
  • Collaborate with internal teams on visual direction and assist style direction;
  • Support the development and adoption of visual content guidelines,


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in utilizing GenAI tooling for image and video creation (e.g: Veo3, Sora, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana);
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and guiding GenAI models to produce high-quality, on-brand visual assets;
  • Experience in picture research;
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, including AI-powered editing features and plugins;
  • A strong visual eye with well-developed composition skills;
  • Familiarity with UX principles and experience working with Figma is a plus;
  • Ability to follow briefings and understand creative direction;
  • Understands how visual content drives business impact and customer engagement;
  • Familiar stock photography sources;
  • Understanding of image licensing terms;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred, but may be substituted with work experience;
  • Fluent in English
