- Hybrid remote working 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join a fast-growing deep-tech scale-up working at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence and quantum-inspired technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and ML experts to deliver impactful AI/LLM solutions for enterprise clients.
- Manage the full lifecycle of advanced ML projects — from scoping to deployment — ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with measurable business outcomes.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Oversee progress, resources, and risks, while resolving blockers and ensuring engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with research, product, and client stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
- Track and communicate KPIs and project updates across both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or related.
- 4+ years delivering ML or data-driven software projects, with 2+ years managing engineering teams.
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI projects strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with modern ML/software tools (Python, Docker, Git) and agile/scrum methods.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
