We are looking for QA Analyst (Salesforce / Financial force PSA) Fully remote
The company is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education, and healthcare organizations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Company customers have access to more than 250,000 products and services from over 1,000 leading and emerging vendor partners. We serve customers across US, UK, and Canada spanning from small startups to global enterprises.
Technical Expertise:
- 8 to 10 + years of experience in QA,
- 2 to 3 years with Salesforce FF PSA
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ functionally, including product rules, price rules, and quote templets
- Proficiency in QA tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform, including understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
Analytical and Testing Skills:
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in writing test cases for complex workflows and system integrations.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications·
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Platform App Builder.
- Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
- Knowledge of APIs and ability to test API integrations in Salesforce.
