About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Junior Content Coordinator. This role is essential in helping drive the content marketing strategy forward, ensuring consistent publication of high-quality articles and supporting various content-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely publication of multiple articles per week.
• Develop detailed content briefs that align with SEO best practices, brand voice, and style guidelines.
• Assign content tasks to writers and editors, clearly outlining expectations and deadlines.
• Generate basic performance reports to monitor output, SEO metrics, and internal linking status.
• Support other initiatives related to content marketing and SEO.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Marketing Assistant, Content Coordinator).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage projects and follow through independently.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
• Marketing background and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and AI technologies.
• (Nice to have) Experience with content management systems such as Webflow.
