Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure efficient spend and achievement of KPIs.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.

Must Have:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with keyword research tools and bid management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Google Ads Certification (Search) or equivalent.
