As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of one or more strategic product areas. You lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery, using user research and data to drive decisions. Your mission is to ensure that every product improvement is valuable, validated, and aligned with user and business needs. You will collaborate with UX, engineering, and stakeholders, especially in Dutch and Swedish markets, and support the growth of less experienced PMs. The team you join is high-performing and passionate about improving education through user-first thinking. The profile of the Senior Product Manager:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree level thinking
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or similar roles
• Experience with discovery, product experimentation, and data analysis
• Agile process knowledge and product development tools
• Experience in user-focused environments, preferably education
• Fluent in English; Dutch or Swedish is a strong plus
• Mentoring skills and excellent communication with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical, collaborative, and curious mindset
