Job Description: iOS Engineer (Intermediate)

Location: 100% Remote (Anywhere in Canada, Ontario preferred)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base

Position Overview: We are seeking several talented and motivated Intermediate iOS Engineers with extensive experience in Swift, Swift UI and other popular swift components. This role is essential for developing and enhancing our client's consumer-facing mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance.
• Focus on making the app more user-friendly as the information architecture is updated.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience building iOS apps in Swift UI
• Recent experience building B2C FinTech applications
• Strong understanding of mobile development best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Mix of B2B and B2C app experience
• Experience building developer-facing or B2B SDKs
