Improve existing AI services, workflows, and documentation;
Develop architecture, PoC's and integration roadmaps for new AI services using cutting edge patterns and techniques (RAG, Agentic flows, MCP).
Engineering And Prompt Design
Design and optimise advanced AI prompt templates and LLM interaction strategies;
Enhance quality, efficiency, and safety of AI-generated outputs.
Technical Evaluation/Assessment
Test AI model responses across diverse scenarios;
Develop evaluation frameworks to help maintain stable quality, efficiency, and performance.
Collaboration
Collaborate with engineering teams;
Work with Product/Process Owners to clarify and refine requirements.
Documentation
Create and maintain prompt engineering and evaluation guidelines.
Requirements
AI / Machine Learning:
2+ years of experience with LLM's, with expertise in fine-tuning, transfer learning;
Hands-on experience in ASR, TTS, Image captioning, classification and QA;
Hands-on experience building Conversational AI services (Chatbots).
Generative AI Prompt Engineering
Proficiency in designing and crafting prompts for generative AI models aligned with business use cases.
Software Engineering Skills
Proficiency in Python, with experience in implementing LLM's models and building pipelines using popular frameworks;
Hands-on experience building services using RAG, Vector stores, Multimodal LLM's;
Proficiency in Typescript would be a bonus.
Model And Service Deployment
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (OKD) would be a bonus.
