Where You’ll Play
This is a Group-Level Role with responsibility across all our operating companies and brands.
You’ll own growth marketing across:
🏭Product Manufacturing – starting with Beaver Process Equipment (slurry transfer systems).
🚚Industrial Services – starting with Navigator Supply (remote site procurement roll-up).
📦Industrial Distribution – roll-up in niche industrial distribution (valves, instrumentation, etc).
🎯Holdco Brand – attract key talent and acquisition targets.
🌟Founder Brand – build audience and influence.
You’ll lead the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Growth & Marketing. You’ll start with 1–2 team members and scale it to 3–5 over the next 2–3 years, leveraging AI to do more with less. You’ll get to work directly with founder Josh Beaver – fast access, zero politics, high trust. If you’ve ever wanted to build across multiple business models at once — this is your lab.
What You’ll Own
You’ll own and execute full-funnel growth marketing across the portfolio.
Fundamentally this is driving lead gen to keep our sales teams overflowing with high-value deals.
This means full ownership of:
🎯Demand gen – search, paid social, YouTube, outreach, programmatic – launch, test, optimise.
🧲Funnel design – build high-converting funnels, engage new leads, and create massive deal flow.
📬Lifecycle & CRM marketing – automate nurture campaigns and customer expansion flows.
📈Sales enablement – help sales close faster with content, smart workflows, and live AI insights.
📊Performance & attribution – build dashboards, track CAC/ROAS, and scale what works.
🛠️Marketing ops – CRM, automation, retargeting, reporting, clean data and integrations.
You’ll also support:
🎯Holdco & talent marketing – run campaigns to engage top talent and originate acquisitions.
🌟Founder brand – grow Josh's audience and authority.

You build funnels, run the numbers, and don’t stop until the machine prints money.
You will be:
✅Proven high-performing growth marketer – you've got 8+ years in the trenches driving lead gen, scaling real businesses, not just managing agencies.
✅Builder, not a talker – you create offers, build funnels, run paid traffic, write copy, automate workflows, test and measure - and generate big numbers of high-value leads.
✅Performance-obsessed – CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates – you know your numbers and you own the results.
✅Strategic and commercial – you don’t just generate leads, you drive profitable growth and build the machine to repeat it. Again and again. At bigger and bigger scale.
You're not:
❌ A brand or comms type who thinks awareness = results. This is pipeline, not PR. No fluff.
