Overview: Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of KOL campaigns across major platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) to drive user acquisition and brand authority in key markets including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- KOL Identification & Scouting: Research global social media trends to identify and recruit high-potential KOLs/KOCs that align with Chamet’s brand identity, building a robust multi-tier influencer database.
- Outreach & Negotiation: Manage the full outreach and negotiation process, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality deliverables while handling contract signings.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop creative marketing concepts tailored to regional nuances (e.g., high-spending MENA users or US tech-savvy audiences) and oversee the complete execution of KOL campaigns.
- Relationship & Project Management: Maintain long-term partnerships with influencers, manage campaign schedules, review content for compliance, and establish standardized influencer management SOPs.
- Data Analytics & ROI Optimization: Track real-time campaign performance (Clicks, Registrations, Top-ups, LTV) and generate deep-dive reports to continuously optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and ROI.

- Industry Experience: 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the social, entertainment, livestreaming, or gaming sectors.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms; hands-on experience or existing influencer networks in SEA, MENA, or US markets is a plus.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong business communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex partnership agreements independently.
