HeadQuarters is a global start-up that supports US cannabis companies in finance, sales, operations, and logistics. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts, drive talent acquisition strategy, and mentor a team of recruiters.
Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm PST (6 pm - 2 am Serbian time zone).
What You'll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute effective hiring strategies
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to improve their performance
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency
Ensure compliance with hiring best practices and company policies
Drive employer branding initiatives to position HeadQuarters as an employer of choice
Requirements
5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters
Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and talent evaluation across various roles
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and executives
Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, and employer branding
Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-moving, and results-driven environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience hiring in the cannabis industry
Previous experience in scaling teams and optimizing recruitment processes.
