Senior Business Analyst in PORTUGAL

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead Epic study and refinement by gathering, understanding, and challenging the needs of diverse external and internal stakeholders.
• Consolidate and standardize requirements into actionable inputs for delivery teams while considering technical and process constraints.
• Safeguard end-to-end value throughout the lifecycle of the delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and/or conceptual and functional architecture.
• Involve end-users alongside UX researchers to validate needs and pain points, supporting the Cluster Product Owner in the process.
• Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing using the MVP concept and assist the Cluster Product Owner in backlog prioritization and refinement.
• Define the acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features and ensure delivery teams are equipped with all necessary information during refinement stages.
• Provide support for business and user testing efforts, assisting in organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where necessary.
• Collaborate with the Change Manager and Go-To-Market Manager in change preparation and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor solution successes using KPIs and proactively identify improvements to include in Cluster or Squad backlogs.

Required Qualifications:

Mandatory Certifications:

• Certification in Business Analysis and Project Management Methodology is required.

Mandatory Experience & Skills:

• Experience with Business Analysis methods and techniques, including elicitation techniques, impact mapping, story mapping, and design thinking.
• Good expertise in MS Office tools.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, testing processes, and business workflow processes.
• Proven experience in financial services (banking), with a focus on digital journey definition and implementation for customer channels, particularly in the domain of Lending.
• Proficiency in business architecture and workflow process optimization.
