Lead/Head of Trading Engineer (Low-latency Trading)

Bridge to get traditional Tading- structured projects into token forms products on chain.
Background
- Proven experience in trading system engineering, ideally within investment banks, hedge funds, market makers, or proprietary trading firms.
- Hands-on expertise in building and maintaining trading infrastructure, including market data feed handlers, algo execution engines, back testing frameworks, and risk management systems.
- Strong programming and software engineering skills, with proficiency in modern development practices (TDD, CI/CD, SOLID principles) and experience writing clean, modular, and efficient code.
- Deep knowledge of financial markets and trading mechanisms, including order routing, execution optimization, and trade reconciliation across multiple venues.
- Experience with crypto trading venues and derivatives, including perpetual swaps, futures, and other digital asset instruments.
