Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop internal infrastructure
- Evaluate system performance and troubleshoot issues in order to optimize infrastructure for maximum efficiency, security and uptime
- Manage and support storage solutions
- Improve automation and streamline system administration workflows
- Implement and maintain system security measures, including user access controls
- Work with various teams to translate organizational needs into infrastructure solutions
- Evaluate new technologies and tools that could enhance system performance and efficiency
- Hardware management, including procurement, service center coordination, selection, and maintenance
- Wi-Fi access point configuration and troubleshooting
- Full office IT infrastructure support, including access control systems
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role
- Proficiency in MacOS, Linux, or Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Mattermost, Slack, or other communication tools
- Experience with backup systems and network diagnostic programs
- Knowledge of antivirus software and mail software
- Understanding of network security concepts
- Experience in configuring firewalls and setting up VPNs
- Experience with intrusion detection systems
- Proven experience in hardware management, including procurement, selection, maintenance, and coordination with service centers
- Strong skills in configuring and troubleshooting Wi-Fi access points
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1) in speaking and writing
- Upper-Intermediate level of Ukrainian or Russian (B2) in speaking and writing
Will be a plus
- A degree in a related field or completion of relevant system administration courses will be considered a plus
