About Your New Job

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving highly complex application-related issues.
  • Provide proactive assistance to customers with post-sales installation, configuration, and setup tasks.
  • Partner with the Development and Sales Engineering teams, as well as Vendor partners, to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
  • Contribute to user documentation and help maintain its quality.

What Skills You Need

  • Elasticsearch expertise is a must.
  • 2+ years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting mission-critical commercial software applications.
  • Strong understanding of network and perimeter security, networking, server setup, and administration.
  • Excellent customer service skills, delivering support with excellence and confidence.
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
