🚀 About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong experience in Ruby on Rails to join a high-performing and friendly development team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing new features on a cloud-based SaaS product.
- Taking part in technical discussions with a focus on scalability and code quality.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, frontend developers, designers, and business teams.
- Taking full ownership of your work and delivering it independently.
- Contributing to a positive team spirit — communication, collaboration and good energy are key.
✅ What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer.
- Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails, REST APIs, and clean architecture principles.
- Strong autonomy: able to tackle problems and propose solutions with minimal supervision.
- Positive mindset, proactive communication and team-oriented attitude.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus but not required).
- Previous experience in SaaS or startup environments is highly valued.

- Backend: Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, Redis, Elasticsearch, MySQL, TensorFlow
- Frontend: React, React Native (JavaScript ES6+)
- Infrastructure: AWS, Nginx, Capistrano, Ansible, Terraform
