Business Analyst in SPAIN

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with up to 10 years of experience in similar roles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that customer requirements are well understood by the project team and developers, while also contributing to the evolution of applications and the design of new solutions.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience working with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customer requirements are clear, documented, and effectively communicated to the project team and developers.
• Oversee the evolution of applications and contribute to the design of new applications by identifying business needs.
• Define and operationalize test acceptance criteria to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Up to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience in project management methodologies such as Agile / Scrum and Design Thinking.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and/or Confluence tools is highly valued.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing requirements.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics tools.
