Frontend Developer with spoken French (relocation to Belgium) in PORTUGAL

We are looking for an IT Frontend Developer with spoken French who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain programming code or package configurations using tools like Drupal CMS or programming languages like PHP and JavaScript, adhering to enterprise standards and meeting quality and performance requirements.
  • Elaborate detailed technical designs aligned with project objectives and standards.
  • Conduct unit testing and assist in integration, assembly, and production installation processes.
  • Estimate development workload or validate workload estimations provided by project or asset managers.
  • Collaborate with test management during test executions, including fixing bugs.
  • Perform quality reviews of detailed designs and code developed by external suppliers.
  • Create detailed documentation for activities including design, code, unit testing, and code reviews.
  • Adapt to and embrace Agile methodology by contributing to team success over individual performance, fostering continuous improvement, and taking on cross-functional responsibilities when needed.


Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in PHP development.
  • Proficient in Drupal CMS development and management.
  • Experience with API integration.
  • Working knowledge of Figma for design workflows.
  • DevOps mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Docker.
  • Proficiency with versioning tools like Git or Bitbucket.

Preferable Qualifications:

  • Experience serving as a Technical Lead or Team Coordinator is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies is preferred.
