Join the AI team building the learning brain of Datamentors robots. This role is focused on Vision-Language-Action models, video models and vision models — the policies that let our robots see, understand and act.
- Train and fine-tune VLA models for manipulation and whole-body tasks
- Build and improve video-prediction and world-model pipelines
- Develop vision models for perception feeding real-time robot control
- Own the data flywheel: collection, curation, augmentation and evaluation
- Work hands-on with the robot fleet to close the train–deploy–iterate loop

Requirements
- 5+ years in ML/AI with strong hands-on training experience
- Deep experience with VLAs, video models or large vision models (at least one; ideally more)
- Expert in PyTorch and large-scale / multi-GPU training
- Familiarity with robot learning, imitation learning or RL is a strong plus
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
