Sourcing Recruiter in POLAND

We are currently looking for Sourcing Recruiter, to help support our client from insurance industry -AVIVA, based in Poland.

Successful Sourcing Recruiter thrives in identification and talent attraction; understands the importance of developing deep partnerships with the stakeholders and focuses on providing an unforgettable candidate experience.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each open role;
• Coordination of sourcing process, from intake meeting to candidate submission;
• Keeping applicant tracking system up-to-date on candidate profiles and
• pipeline/funnel.
• Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• Extending offers to candidates
• Talent mapping
• Responsible for screening calls

Requirement:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (i.e. Sourcing Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition etc.);
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies (Boolean search, LinkedIn, local platforms)
• Experienced with using any ATS/CRM
• Confident with stakeholder management;
• Exceptional communication and time management skills;
• Customer focused with strong drive to results.
• Fluent in English and Polish language
