As the Product Owner of the AI Assistant team, you will drive the development of AskNVMan AI-powered tool designed to revolutionize how real estate professionals access and utilize information.

Your Role
As a Product Owner in our AI Assistant team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing a new, state-of-the-art AI service. Your leadership will be instrumental in assembling a high-performing team and refining the capabilities of our AI assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers to deliver the AI Assistant service.
- Coordinate and prioritize development efforts using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and set expectations.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.
- Drive innovation by implementing advanced AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and voice recognition.
- Present and communicate project progress and impact to internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong leadership and organizational skills. You should be a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a user-focused mindset.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and cloud environments.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Fluency in English.
- Residency in the Netherlands at the time of application.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in LLM engineering, data engineering, or UI/UX design.
- Background in real estate or familiarity with NVM Wonen.

- Salary: 65,000 - 80,000 annually, based on experience.
