Gray Zone Warfare has been under development in our bustling offices for more than two years. This new game is an immersive tactical FPS with a maximum focus on realism, immersive gameplay, and stunning graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5. We're hiring a Senior AI Programmer who will be responsible for implementing highly optimized, cutting-edge AI systems to help us create an immersive and engaging gaming experience. If you're passionate about online gaming and have experience in multiplayer programming, we want to hear from you!

WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?

• Collaborate with programmers and designers to develop engaging AI systems.
• Implement AI behaviors, navigation, and decision-making to bring our games to life.
• Optimize AI performance for large-scale battles and dynamic environments.
• Continuously improve AI tools and workflows to enhance development efficiency.

WHO WILL THRIVE WITH US?

• 2+ years of experience as a game programmer, ideally working on AI for PC/console games.
• Proficiency in C++ with a strong understanding of performance optimization and memory management.
• Familiarity with AI systems such as navigation, pathfinding, behavior trees, and decision-making frameworks.
• Some experience with networking and AI in multiplayer games is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating immersive gameplay.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about multiplayer gaming and AI-driven experiences.
• Ability to work with us on-site.
• Eligibility to work in the EU. Due to the lengthy visa process, we are unable to support you in obtaining a work visa.
