Are you a proactive leader with a passion for artificial intelligence and innovation? We are developing cutting-edge AI solutions to transform the Dutch real estate market. As the Product Owner of the AI Assistant team, you will drive the development of AskNVM—an AI-powered tool designed to revolutionize how real estate professionals access and utilize information.

Your Role

As a Product Owner in our AI Assistant team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing a new, state-of-the-art AI service. Your leadership will be instrumental in assembling a high-performing team and refining the capabilities of our AI assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers to deliver the AI Assistant service.
  • Coordinate and prioritize development efforts using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and set expectations.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.
  • Drive innovation by implementing advanced AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and voice recognition.
  • Present and communicate project progress and impact to internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate


We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong leadership and organizational skills. You should be a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a user-focused mindset.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and cloud environments.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Residency in the Netherlands at the time of application.



Preferred but not required:


  • Experience in LLM engineering, data engineering, or UI/UX design.
  • Background in real estate or familiarity with NVM Wonen.
