Responsibilities:
Managing high critical issue with all involved vendor and internal customer teams;
Promote a collaborative and mission focus mentality across all team;
Identify and suggest improvement to existing process and flows;
Guarantee the Overall stability of the system;
Incident Management for Production Environment;
Ticket management;
Tickets triage and ticket forwarding;
Identify risks and dependencies;
Identify Technical Debt Reduction Processes;
Support DevOps teams;
Impact analysis of changes/enhancements;
Experience with Operations 2L & 3L.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in support areas;
Experience with scripting (Bash or Shell or Python), Linux ou Windows systems, and, databases (Oracle or SQL Server);
Knowledge with cloud (plus);
Available for on-call duty;
Fluent level of English;
Location: Lisbon - Hybrid Model.
