Our client is seeking a Senior Protocol Engineer to join their remote team. This role is critical in shaping the integration of Solana into their bridging infrastructure, optimizing smart contracts, and ensuring high-performance cross-chain transactions.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Solana smart contracts (Rust, Solana Program Library) for scalability and security.
• Design and execute the expansion strategy for Solana and other non-EVM chains.
• Map and port EVM functionalities to Solana, ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Collaborate with backend, smart contract, and API teams to integrate cross-chain solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions for long-term multi-chain expansion.

What They Require

• 3-4+ years of blockchain development experience, with at least 1+ year working with Solana.
• Strong expertise in Rust and Solana program architecture.
• Basic Solidity & EVM knowledge to understand and port functionalities.
• Experience building and deploying scalable Solana applications.
• Time zone compatibility: GMT-0 to GMT+7 for optimal collaboration
