Technical Program Manager - Blockchain / Web3 in EUROPEAN UNION

We’re partnered with an innovative blockchain lab developing cutting-edge Ethereum protocols in a remote-first environment. They’re expanding their Engineering Team and seeking a Technical Program Manager.

This is a fully remote opportunity with Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and technical guidance to the engineering team, collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering and Tech Leads.
• Manage technical projects, identifying risks, dependencies, and resource priorities.
• Oversee the development and implementation of solutions aligned with company goals.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements in partnership with Product and Growth teams.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture with minimal but effective processes.
• Support the growth and development of engineers and team leaders.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer, including 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture and Ethereum blockchain technology.
• Experience with message-based and event-driven programming.
• Specification-first development approach.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Rust, Go, or Solidity.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
