IT Manager in SINGAPORE

Job Summary:

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, security, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning skills to ensure that IT systems and operations support the company's growth and efficiency. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Singapore and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations across the organization.
• Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and systems per HQ guidelines.
• Draft and translate technical requirements into tender requirements for IT related procurements.
• Drive digitalization and process improvements across departments (Sales, Finance, HR).
• Forecast, manage and monitor the IT budget to support organizational goals.
• Ensure IT compliance, security, and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Provide IT support for new setups and ensure operational continuity.
• Proven track record in managing Microsoft Dynamics Finance Operations, Customer Engagement, Dynamics 365.
• Analyse the relevant software and hardware tools, interdependencies and limitations.
• Configure and test software and hardware concerning system architecture and functional requirements.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans according to the specifications to ensure effectiveness.
• Establish the functional requirements of the organisational needs.
• Identify vendor services and products available.
• Implement maintenance procedures.
• Implement solutions based on the gaps identified in service and maintenance services.
• Review current maintenance services to identify maintenance options.
• Update and test the disaster recovery plan regularly to ensure the success of recovery.
• Managed Cisco Meraki suite of firewalls and access points 

Requirement

• At least 12 years’ experience in IT experience of which 4 years must be a manager
• Degree in Information Technology
• Excellent project management skills to run IT projects
• IT business analysis, IT project & program management
• Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Dynamics 365
• Independent, self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
