Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented French-speaking Product Owner to join our dynamic product team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our digital products, ensuring they align with both business objectives and user needs. As a key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, your fluency in French will be essential in communicating effectively with our French-speaking clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within an Agile framework.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to enhance the user experience.
- Ensure product compliance with French market regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- +3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
- Experience in digital products, software development, or e-commerce is a plus.
