Conduct routine system upgrades, firmware updates, and maintenance to enhance security and functionality.
Perform system and network troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
Configure and manage secure VPN connections for data transfer between edge devices and central servers.
Design and execute benchmarking tests to evaluate the performance of edge devices, networks, and systems under various conditions.
Skills Required
Strong proficiency in Linux-based systems administration, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and VPN technologies.
Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to document processes and findings.
Good scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)
