Currently, we are seeking a Engineering Manager who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with the Product Owner, to lead a squad through the Product;
• Follow the Delivery Lifecycle;
• Be accountable for changing software products including planning, designing, coding, unit testing and deployment, as well as the effective operations of products, including monitoring performance to ensure stability and future-proofing;
• Drive the evolution of your team's software delivery capability, providing an exciting and rewarding career development for your team;
• Understand the philosophy of Continuous Delivery, and have experience of leading teams operating within a CD culture.

Requirements:

• At least 5years of experience in similar roles;
• Outstanding communication skills, to convey project status in both high-level and detail;
• Ability to follow on multiple tasks autonomously and at the same time without confusing the team;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Fluent level of Portuguese and English.
