Responsibilities

Develop, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap based on business goals and customer requirements.
Ensure thorough documentation and prioritization of user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and QA teams to drive product delivery and implementation.
Manage and refine the product backlog, gathering requirements and proposing innovative enhancements.
Implement Agile methodologies, schedule product demonstrations, and facilitate reviews.
Uphold rigorous quality standards and oversee product performance to ensure excellence.
Utilize product metrics for performance analysis and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Manage project budgets for development and testing phases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager within a technology-focused environment.
Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and proficiency in backlog management.
Proven track record of successfully launching B2B/B2C products.
Experience in sectors such as Fintech, Web3, or Blockchain/Crypto technologies is a plus.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at influencing cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills for tackling complex, ambiguous challenges.
Demonstrated ability to foster consensus and alignment among senior stakeholders.
