Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred;
- Previous experience as a Service Desk Engineer;
- Experience with Apache NiFi, Splunk and Elasticsearch;
- Ability to handle more complex requests independently;
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues;
- Knowledge of escalation routes and procedures;
- Ability to do 1st and 2nd level support;
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving and proactive attitude;
- Good level of written and technical English;
- Availability for a full-remote model.
