Senior SEO Specialist in BELARUS

We are a fully remote website agency specializing in creating websites that don’t just look great but also drive growth for businesses. Since 2021, we’ve been helping companies scale with exceptional web design, Webflow development, and SEO services.

As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Senior SEO Specialist to help us build and maintain a stellar marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the organic ranking of our content in Google, Bing, and ChatGPT across key markets.
• Develop SEO audits and guide the marketing team in creating new content.
• Gather and manage keywords within a keyword map.
• Align SEO strategy with the company’s primary services.
• Recommend changes to website content and other factors to improve SEO positions.
• Conduct link building by discovering link opportunities through competitive backlink research.
• Identify new services and niches for growth.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (B1+ level).
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tool, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Webmaster Tools, SurferSEO, ScreamingFrog, ranking tools, and crawlers.
• Proven experience in developing and executing link-building strategies for website promotion.
• At least two years of experience promoting websites in the USA and EU markets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team management experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Webflow CMS (if not, we will teach you).
• Experience working in a marketing agency.
