About the Role:

We are looking for an SMM Manager who will own the development of our social media channels as a full-fledged acquisition and brand-building engine — not just a content publisher.

Our key channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube.

Responsibilities:

— Develop and execute SMM strategy across all platforms with tailored content for each audience; — Write posts, Reels scripts, YouTube scenarios, and LinkedIn outreach messages;

— Test new formats, propose growth hypotheses, and analyze competitors;

— Track performance metrics and iterate strategy based on data;

— Use AI tools daily for ideation, drafts, creatives, and workflow automation;

— Manage and grow Telegram Community.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in SMM with proven cases and measurable results;

— Experience developing SMM strategy independently;

— Strong copywriting skills across different formats and platforms;

— Proficiency in AI tools — mandatory requirement;

— Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a lead generation channel;

— Data-driven approach: ability to analyze results and make decisions based on metrics;

— High level of autonomy and proactiveness.

Nice to have:

— Background in EdTech, HR Tech, or Career Services;

— Experience with IT audience;

— Understanding of content distribution and organic growth mechanics;
