About This Job
D.O.T - Digital Omnichannel Transformation, one of crucial projects in whole DT. Project aims to become the Leading Digital Telco, providing the best digital customer experience at every user journey and touchpoint. This is being achieved through the development of Magenta Products & Platforms, combining modern engineering with TDG business process skills. Our focus is on building a platform ecosystem and transitioning hub functionalities to four domains (Customer, Product, Sales, Service) while retiring existing chains.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
Receipt and analysis of the requirements of the business sides
Professional & technical description of the requirements in narrow cooperation with the whole Development Team as well as the system architects
Creation of the necessary JIRA backlog items (EPICS/user stories/acceptance criteria)
Synchronization of the dependencies with other agile teams (e.g. interface partners)
Identification of enablers for the optimization of the services & system architecture
Support of the Product Owners as well as collaboration in other Projects (e.g. Community of practices)
Manage Stakeholder and channelize the requirements
