Position Overview:

As our team expands, we're on the lookout for an E-Commerce Project Manager who is not just experienced but deeply familiar with the intricacies of Shopify and e-commerce. If you have a knack for navigating the technical aspects of projects and have experience working with a wide team inclusive of Developers, UI/UX designers, QA Engineers etc., and a keen understanding of the e-commerce landscape, then we would love for you to join our 100% REMOTE team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a talented team of project managers, developers, designers, and engineers to ensure the flawless delivery of pixel-perfect web projects within budget and timelines.
• Be the go-to person for all project-related queries, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of client/project requirements and effectively communicate/plan together with the team to ensure the success of projects.
• Manage a diverse team of UX/UI designers and developers located around the world.
• Stakeholder management including budget management for projects.
• Proactively improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance project management tools.
• Facilitate meetings, provide project status updates, and identify impediments to maintain project alignment.
• Planning, forecasting and capacity management. In addition, keep project boards organised and up-to-date, allocating tasks efficiently.
• Develop expertise in Shopify, becoming a platform expert by gaining the ability to recommend app and theme solutions at a high level.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of Project Management experience in an agency setting, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in end-to-end management of e-commerce projects, including scoping, interpreting client requirements, managing timelines, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira).
• Strong client communication skills, using messages, looms, or calls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Global mindset and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in an international context, working seamlessly with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Contribution to process evolution based on experience.
• Excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A can-do positive attitude.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Bonus Skills:

• Shopify experience (admin and/or code).
• Software engineering technical scoping and documentation.
• UI/UX design experience and/or knowledge.
• Familiarity with CSS, HTML, Git, and CMS platforms.
