Key Responsibilities
Build solutions with cross-functional teams to solve finance, billing, and financial services challenges
Own end-to-end experience including software implementation and human services
Lead complex solutions independently without senior support
Manage internal expectations and navigate challenging prioritization decisions
Develop and execute effective roadmap and strategy for Finance product area
Break down strategic plans into near and mid-term goals
Align product roadmap with higher-level department and company problems
Be subject matter expert for billing platform area
