We're working with a rapid growth tech company that are looking to revolutionize the construction industry. Currently going through a high growth phase (Looking to hire around 42 elites), this company are building an advanced platform that will use advanced AI/ML models and blockchain tech in order to streamline building construction processes.

We're looking for a Chief Technology Officer and you will be responsible for leading the technical strategy and implementation of the platform. You will manage the tech stack and oversee development for engineering across frontend, bacend, AI/ML and 3D visualization. You will mentor and build a high performance engineering team which is currently being built.

This is a permanent full time position based in Zurich Switzerland.

If you are located anywhere else, visas and relocation support can be available to move to Zurich.

Hybrid / Remote working can be discussed in Zurich and flexible hours are also available.

Salaries are between 220,000-300,000 CHF + potential equity, there may be flexibility here.

For this Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position, I'm interested in speaking to people with the following:

• A Masters or higher, or similar degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics or similar.
• A degree from a top university
• At least 10+ years industry experience in a Senior Technical Leadership position within a tech driven company
• Strong background in AI/ML, 3D Visualization and Blockchain tech would be ideal but flexible on some
