Our client, a rapidly growing HRTech B2B SaaS company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a Product Development Leader to take a pivotal role in shaping their product vision and delivery. This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of innovative, scalable, and secure solutions on a multi-tenant platform, enabling seamless experiences for a diverse, global customer base.

  • This job is based in Bangkok, Thailand. Relocation package is provided.

In this role, you will get to:

Product Development and Delivery

  • Understand customer needs and industry challenges to identify potential solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) outlining proposed features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and refine product concepts.
  • Lead the ideation and design process for new features and enhancements.
  • Translate product strategies into actionable roadmaps with clear timelines.
  • Oversee the feature development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on product progress.

Product Optimization

  • Define and track success metrics for product features post-launch.
  • Use data-driven insights and user feedback to implement iterative improvements.

Team leadership

  • Manage and mentor the product development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Align team efforts with organizational goals and ensure seamless communication across functions.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide opportunities for professional development within the team.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • At least 7 years of product development experience, leading product managers in a technology-focused or SaaS companies.
  • Having background in SaaS or B2B product management.
  • Having experience in software development or engineering.
  • Knowledge of product analytics tools, including data visualization tools such as Looker, Metabase
  • Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Excellent in English proficiency, especially in communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to create detailed, actionable specifications from high-level ideas.
  • Skilled in using data to guide decisions and prioritize initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
