WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

You will support the upgrade of the ground systems to the next generation in coordination with the European Space Agencies (ESA, EUSPA) for the entire life cycle of the project:

• Design, development, and implementation of virtualized, highly available hardware environment requiring network communication with high levels of performance and security.
• Software Integration, Verification and Validation Campaigns in our representative environments
• Analysis and Troubleshooting of Operational Issues On-Site
  
  

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

If you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have an academic or other educational background as a network engineer. Ideally, you already have relevant knowledge or experience with some of the following topics:

• Virtualized distributed IT infrastructures, more specifically VMware
• Local and Wide Area Networks design, configuration, and administration
• Networks security protocols
  
  

Due to specific regulations related to the project, it is necessary to have citizenship from a European Union member country.

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:

• Hyper convergent IT architectures
• Experience/Certification of Sophos, Stormshield, HPE FlexFabric, Alcatel OmniSwitch, VMware
• Configuration Control with git, Ansible or NetBox
• Experience in Satellite Navigation or Ground Segments
