This roster is 8/6/7/7 and a 12-hour day.

About the role
Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, this role is responsible for coordinating daily activities of process shift personnel, ensuring Safe plant efficiency, work quality by the crew and by each individual on the crew, people management.

About You
The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III or IV in Frontline Management or Trainer/Assessor (desirable) and demonstrate prior supervisory experience. It is essential that you have a strong understanding of equipment isolation practices and current Supervisor Legal Obligation training (S1, S2, S3). Key competencies include, computer proficiency, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires the ability to prioritize workloads, multitask, delegate effectively, and remain calm under pressure. Extensive plant knowledge, particularly in control room operations and flotation, is critical. Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also essential for success in this dynamic role. You must also hold a valid manual driver’s license.
