Jointly design and execute quality assurance strategies and processes for a cross-functional development team.
Engage with product managers and development engineers to conceive dedicated quality assurance measures based on requirements.
Adapt test activities to the ever-growing portion of our SaaS business.
Nurture the test-driven development paradigm and facilitate activities which raise test coverage and keep it at a high level.
Collaborate in a hybrid setting with colleagues spread across Timișoara, Cham, Munich, and Berlin.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
YOUR CAPABILITIES
University degree in Computer Science, in a related field, or comparable education.
10+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably working on product lines.
5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in a cloud environment.
Experienced and knowledgeable in CI/CD and different testing strategies and techniques, as well as with Java, gRPC, Flutter, Docker, Monitoring and cloud architectures.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); German skills represent an advantage.
