We are looking for you as Cloud Engineer m/f/d at our location in Timisoara or Munich, to jointly shape working worlds for the future.
Your Tasks
For technically complex topics, you will act on behalf of Cloud Operations team as the technical contact for our customers
Managing and implementing OnPrem to Cloud migrations on your own, from the initial technical kick-off call through to the completion of the productive migration of our enterprise software products
Assist in internal migration projects / transitioning our enterprise products between ATOSS infrastructures
Implementation of SSO (OIDC and SAML) setup for our ATOSS Cloud Customers and our on-premises customers
Planning and execution of the technical connection of various customer interfaces (e. g. VPN, WebServices, Terminal network connections…)
Diagnosing and resolving incidents with professionalism
Opportunity to contribute and implement your own ideas, enhancing the Cloud Operations team

You Bring With You
Strong overall knowledge of IT systems, including expertise in networking and Linux
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical customer-contacts
Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure
Capable of communicating effectively in both German and English, in writing and speech
University degree or comparable experience
Basic familiarity with container technologies such as Kubernetes and RedHat OpenShift desired.
Ideally
Experience with cloud architectures, cloud technologies and service offerings from Microsoft
Experience with Microsoft Azure devops and pipelines
