Civil Designer in NICARAGUA

We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Land Surveyor who will be in charge of designing complex civil engineering projects for land development and public works projects utilizing CAD programs and design software.

IMPORTANT: We will require immediate availability as this position needs to be filled urgently. ENGLISH AND A PORTFOLIO ARE MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION.

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Advanced English Knowledge: advanced, or professional.
• Experience working with Site Plan (Required)
• Experience working with Grading Plan (Required)
• Knowledge of Drainage plan and calculations (Required)
• Knowledge of Storm utility plan and calculations (Required)
• Knowledge of Water utility plan (Optional)
• Knowledge of Sewer utility plan (Optional)

• Proactiveness: Ability to foresee and address potential scheduling conflicts in advance.

• Civil 3D
• AutoCAD
• HydroCAD (PREFERRED OPTION)
• Storm and sanitary analysis (Hydraflow HEC-RAS/HMS)
• Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets.
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
• Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App and Hubstaff Tasks.
• Whatsapp: Whatsapp Groups.
• Zoom: Meetings and Breakout rooms.
