What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of backend dev experience, with a strong focus on PHP (Yii2 experience is a plus).
  • Experience with Node.js/NestJS (or a willingness to learn).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, and building RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with automated testing and scalable, stateless systems.
  • Based in Ireland and legally eligible to work here.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Docker, front-end technologies, or transitioning monolithic systems to microservices.
  • Background in adtech or related industries.

What You Get:

  • Profit-sharing (5% of company profits annually).
  • Unlimited paid time off, a monthly wellbeing budget, and a home office setup allowance.
  • Quarterly retreats in locations like Portugal, California, and Italy.
  • 100% remote work—work from anywhere in Ireland.
