As Magenta Field Force we deliver the best IT solutions for our field service colleagues of DTA and DTT to achieve our common goal: TURN CUSTOMER INTO FANS! Therefore, we constantly improve our way of working and the way we are designing and delivering software. We constantly keep in touch with our users and customers to understand their needs. We are working together as ONE Magenta Field Force Team, supporting each other and using synergies where possible.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
Gather and analyze business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders
Design and document scalable software architectures
Partner with developers and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless implementation
Conduct system testing and validation to maintain top-notch quality.
Provide exceptional technical support to clients during deployment
All the achievements you are proud of:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Expertise in software systems design, particularly with contemporary cloud technologies like Kubernetes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development and Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe)
Proficiency in spoken/written German as a plus
Basic coding skills (Java, JavaScript) as a plus
