Motion Designer / Video Editor in EUROPEAN UNION

Our client is looking for a Senior Motion Designer / Video Editor to join their team. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will work on video content for social media channels, creating engaging videos that combine motion design, seamless transitions, color correction, and dynamic music. Footage will be provided by streamers and ambassadors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate their social media presence as they grow their community. You will play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling content to promote their products and enhance brand identity. Collaborating closely with the strategic marketing team, you will define video style and narrative in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a creative partnership with the Design Manager and Marketing team to produce visually stunning videos and animations using provided footage.
• Conceptualize and create eye-catching animations, video graphics, and multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain design consistency across all video materials.
• Handle animation, motion design, video production, and sound editing.
• Create engaging video content with impactful effects, transitions, visuals, and sound for various formats (e.g., promotional posts, stories/reels, explainer videos).
• Support marketing leaders with video-related needs.
• Ensure all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
• Work independently and collaboratively to address creative challenges.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning by sharing new techniques.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of design principles and experience adhering to brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and core Adobe Creative Cloud software.
• Experience with Blender 3D is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, typographic skills, and a flair for design.
• Excellent video and sound editing skills.
• Ability to amend content based on feedback and perform quality control checks.
• 5+ years of experience in motion design and video editing.
• Effective time management and workflow organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Skill in encoding and exporting finalized projects according to specifications.
