We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with extensive experience in paid ads, especially on high-budget campaigns, who can lead our team beyond basic traffic management and take full ownership of optimization, testing, and scaling strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage high-performing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Plan and execute marketing mix between inventory/platforms/countries
- Analyze the quality of traffic and user behavior, test hypotheses and manage creative optimization
- Craft robust media plans, monitor channel effectiveness, and set budget allocation to drive campaign goals
- Utilize technical segmentation to target key audience groups effectively, optimizing bidding strategies to improve performance
- Manage and mentor our performance marketing team, guiding them toward data-driven decision-making and effective campaign management
- Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics to refine strategies, ensuring alignment with company growth goals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience in paid performance and demand generation for B2C products
- Deep experience with key platforms - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Campaign Manager
- Experience with additional platforms (Rakuten Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, TheTradeDesk, etc.) will be a plus
- Proficiency with app analytics tools (Appsflyer/Adjust, Amplitude, GA4)
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
- Ability to create, test, and implement strategies for growth and scaling budgets effectively
- Fluent in English
