About This Job
We created OneApp to replace the various apps previously and funnel the effort across NatCo's into a single core product with a harmonized product vision. Our efforts paid off, as we ended up with one of the best unifying platforms that can carry out many activities just through its singular codebase. Another interesting fact is that OneApp connects to each Local Telecommunication Companies´ backend systems by consuming a harmonized API across all markets and is supported by many centrally developed services.

All the
responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Plan and prioritize your work, including collaborating with cross-border teams.
- Collaborate in a team with Developers, Program Managers, QA, and Devops Engineers in an agile development environment.
- Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of the platform.
- Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed.
- Constantly learn and grow as an engineer.
- Demonstrate a passion for customers and technology.
All the
achievements you are proud of:
- Thorough grasp of object-oriented programming principles, as well as algorithms and data structures.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale enterprise applications with multiple tiers.
- Strong experience (> 3 years) with Java and Spring Boot, including proficiency in Spring libraries, Grafana and Prometheus.
- Familiarity with agile test-driven development methods
- Demonstrated ability in crafting architecture and developing web services, with integration capabilities for databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Elastic Search, and RESTful web services
- Familiarity with key technologies like Keycloak, Redis, and Charles
- Knowledge of Jira tool.
